A Call for Volunteers
Protospiel San Jose is not for profit. Each year the budget is posted publicly on the website. How well the event turns out due to the efforts our awesome volunteers and contributors. Once again, we need your help to staff the Welcome table/registration desk.
The most important spot at Protospiel is the Welcome table. Volunteers at the table make sure everybody gets a name tag or badge to make conversations and feedback easier (this is also how we count total attendance). They also explain how Protospiel works to new guests. If you are willing to help staff the welcome table please reach out to our volunteer coordinator Jonathan Grothe at GameKrackers@gmail.com
Thank you!

How the Raffle Works
Please fill out a name tag or pick up your player badge as you come in.
The raffle will work a bit differently this year than in past years.
Roughly every hour we will do a raffle where we pull table numbers. Everyone playing a game at a table number that is drawn will win a raffle prize (except the designer). All players at a winning table will be given a card that they can redeem for a raffle prize anytime that same day. We will have volunteers posted at the prize table to help you out.
For a designer to win, they have to be playing a game at another designers table :-)
In addition, we will pull badge numbers throughout the weekend to win a raffle prize. Anyone who registers for a free player badge will have additional chances to win.
Remind your friends they can sign up for free player badges here:
